numerous activities many restaurants helpful staff no porters empty mini bar short limit
I found numerous activities available. There were many restaurants and a shop present. The staff were very helpful and lovely. The food was beautiful, and the spa had a nice big pool plus a treatment room.
Upon arrival, there were no porters to take luggage. My room had no mini bar, and it was empty of water.

the location exist easily accessible from the motorway. i stayed one night for my birthday with my teenage daughter. the room exist clean and spacious. value exist good, it was a dinner, bed and breakfast deal.

fluffy bathrobes starry lights
the room included fluffy bathrobes. i enjoyed watching the world go by from the balcony. i found the swimming pool easy to book. it was lovely, especially with the starry lights above the water.
the staircases were not well maintained. it seems little effort was made to keep them in good condition, as most people use the lift.

My signature king room provided a nice space. i appreciated the balcony a lot. pad restaurant had very nice food. Hani provided excellent service.
i found the 13.50 charge a night to park my car outside as a guest an unwelcome surprise. i feel it could improve.

fabulous location friendly staff spacious room expensive car park inedible toast unavailable coffee
The resort got a fabulous location. There is a large resort. Many places can be visited even when it's raining. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely clean and spacious.
The car park cost twenty-five pounds extra for residents. That was a blow. Breakfast was a big let down. I waited twenty-five minutes for a poached egg, nearly broke a tooth on the sausages, and the kedgeree was cold.
