Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel experience was a mixed bag. While the arrival and concierge service were impressive, the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The dining options offered great potential, but the execution fell short, especially during breakfast. The spa facilities had their highlights, but aspects like the jacuzzi and pool jets could use improvement. With a bit of renovation and a focus on consistency across services, this place could truly shine.
The hotel is spectacular, with beautiful architecture and well-maintained grounds. Our room had panoramic views that exceeded our expectations. The dining experience was less than stellar, particularly during busy times, and we faced frustrations with room service which negatively impacted our stay. Despite the stunning surroundings and amenities, the high parking fees and inconsistent service made it hard to fully enjoy our experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was genuinely helpful and went out of their way to assist, I felt disappointed by the dining options and the quality received for the price. The location is pleasant with some nice surroundings, but the amenities felt lacking for a supposed luxury hotel.
My stay at Celtic Manor was quite mixed. The luxurious feel of the hotel and its extensive amenities were impressive, but unfortunately, the service did not match the high standards expected. While I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and some lovely dining experiences, the overall management of the dining areas left much to be desired. Furthermore, the problems with cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms were disappointing given the price point.
The Celtic Manor has a fantastic range of activities to keep everyone entertained and generally offers a five-star atmosphere, especially with its luxurious amenities. The dining options can be hit or miss, as my experience varied between exceptional meals and lukewarm breakfasts, which was quite disappointing. I had some issues with check-in and room selection that impacted my stay, but the overall facilities provided a relaxing escape.
